Celtic and Rangers' FIFA 20 ratings have officially been unveiled - with James Forrest taking top spot.

The Hoops winger has been given a 77 rating.

He tops the collective list of both teams with teammate Callum McGregor coming a close second with a 76 rating, and Rangers star Jermain Defoe being his side's top player also rated 76.

Glasgow Times:

Tom Rogic, Scott Brown and Ryan Christie all come one behind at 75 beside Alfredo Morelos, Allan McGregor and James Tavenier.

Celtic's main striker, Odsonne Edouard, comes in at 74 despite his £9million price tag - with Leigh Griffiths the same.

Scotland cap Ryan Jack is rated the same as Scott Arfield and Gers' big-money defender Filip Helander at 74.

The highest rated players outside of the Old Firm are Aberdeen's Joe Lewis, Hearts star Steven Naismith both at 73 and Scott McKenna at 72.

Glasgow Times:

FIFA 20 had a cut-off point for players signing for new clubs, which means a handful of stars who signed late in the window will not feature for their Scottish clubs.

Ryan Kent - registered with Liverpool - is rated 73 while Southampton's Mohamed Elyounoussi is rated 76.

Glasgow Times:

After his departure from Celtic to Arsenal, Kieran Tierney remains a 76 rating having not played for his new side, yet.

Glasgow Times:

Ex-Celt Virgil Van Dijk, now at Liverpool, and Andy Robertson are both rated 90 and 85 respectively.

The game is to be released on September 27.
