Rangers star Brandon Barker has revealed he ignored interest from the English Championship to join up at Ibrox.
Former Hibs loanee Barker departed Manchester City in the summer and had a number of admirers south of the border.
The tricky winger, though, desperately fancied joining Gers the minute he heard of interest from Steven Gerrard's men.

And he has no regrets about making the move to Glasgow.
He told BT Sport: "I had quite a few options down south.
"I had like three or four teams in the Championship but none of them was really in my heart.
"Rangers then got in contact and then within a day it was all done.

"I think that tells you how eager I was to sign and how quickly I said yes to the opportunity.
"When you get a level of Rangers come in, it's always a lot better to call this place your home.
"The excitement of becoming better and competing for things… it was a no-brainer really."
