Rangers first-team coach Michael Beale has told fans to get excited about the prospect of an on-form George Edmundson.
Edmundson has only made a handful of appearances since his switch from Oldham.
The 22-year-old currently sits behind Connor Goldson, Filip Helander and Nikola Katic in the pecking order at Ibrox.

The trio have started the season well and have interchanged in recent weeks to allow manager Steven Gerrard the opportunity to keep his players as fit as they can be.
But despite playing just four times since his £650,000 move, Edmundson has the potential to go all the way, according to Beale.
Speaking to Rangers TV, the English coach said: "George Edmundson is a young player that Rangers fans are going to be so pleased we have in future.
"Once he gets his chance, wow.
"We've got four top centre-halves."
