Rafa Benitez believes Rangers boss Steven Gerrard can become a managerial great.
Former Liverpool boss Benitez worked with Gerrard for six years and has kept tabs on his career since he hung up the boots.
Gerrard looks the heir apparent to Jurgen Klopp whenever the German leaves Anfield.

But Rafa reckons it's too early to tell just how good a boss his ex-captain can be - though he has the potential to be great.
In a Q&A for The Athletic, Benitez said of Gerrard: "I think he has the potential to be a good manager.
"As he said in one interview, he was lucky enough to have different managers and from different countries, which is always good for your development.
"I think he can be a great manager, he is already doing well, but only time will say how good he will be."
