Rangers fans have reacted to the news that Ross Wilson has taken on the role of Sporting Director at Ibrox.
The former Southampton head of football operations will officially start his new position at Gers next month but the confirmation of his appointment has been met with delight by fans of the club.
Ex-director of football at Rangers, Mark Allen, was highly thought of among the supporters but his departure for family reasons feels like a lifetime ago for those of a Light Blue persuasion.
