QPR are ready to enter the transfer battle for Hearts youngster Aaron Hickey, according to reports.
Manchester City have been linked with the young defender in recent months while Rangers' new Sporting Director Ross Wilson has also reportedly targeted the Jambos starlet.
Now the Daily Record claim Mark Warburton is lining up a January swoop for Hickey, 17, in a bid to entice the player into a move to the English Championship.

It is claimed that QPR would be willing to offer around £1.5million for the youngster.
Pep Guardiola's Man City have recently been touted for a £2million interest in Hickey.
The Scottish full-back has burst onto the scene at Tynecastle after making his full debut against Celtic last season in the Scottish Cup final.
He has since gone on to play 14 times for Craig Levein's side.
He also scored the winner in the most recent Edinburgh derby at Easter Road in a 2-1 win for Hearts.
