You would have to feel that Celtic's win over Rosenborg in Norway just sets them up nicely now for going into the Betfred League Cup final. There is a big call to be made on just who starts the game but I just wonder if Brendan Rodgers will stick with a winning team and filed the same starting XI against Aberdeen as he did against Rosenborg. It is a huge call. Scott Brown has some game time under his belt but whether that is sufficient or not to go and play in a Cup Final is a decision that only the manager can make. But certainly in terms of the game itself, I just can't really see past Celtic. Of course, you never know what can happen in a one-off game. If you look at the 2017 Scottish Cup final it took a moment of magic from Tom Rogic to go and win it for Celtic but I just think that just now the Parkhead side have really found their form. I wonder too if Aberdeen's defeat last weekend might just mean that there aren't quite as positive in the game. They might be a little cagey if they are wary of giving Celtic an early foothold in the game. But the way Celtic are playing at the minute, you have to fancy them. It is quite a turnaround from the opening weeks of the season. All of a sudden now you are looking at finishing the year off on a real high.
