Celtic will play either Rangers or Aberdeen in the William Hill Scottish Cup final after tonight's Cup draw was made.

The Pittodrie side drew with Rangers in Aberdeen on Sunday afternoon and the game will be settled next Tuesday night in an Ibrox replay.

Aberdeen and Celtic have been perennial opponents in the latter stages of the domestic Cups in recent seasons while the Parkhead side also have an impressive recent record over Rangers in the Scottish Cup.

The Ibrox side beat Ronny Deila's Celtic - and effectively cost the Norwegian his job - in April 2016 following a penalty shoot-out.

However, Celtic put Rangers out of the Scottish Cup at the semi-final stage last April following a comprehensive 4-0 victory at Hampden. The win was their third successive Cup victory over Rangers in both the League Cup and Scottish Cup since that Deila defeat.

Hearts were held to a 1-1 draw against Partick Thistle at Firhill tonight. The winners of that replay will play Inverness Caledonaian Thistle. Ties will take place on April 13th and 14th with the final set for May 25th.
