Oliver Burke, the West Bromwich forward who has been on loan at Celtic in the second half of the season, and Liam Palmer, the Sheffield Wednesday right back, have won call-ups to the Scotland squad.
Alex McLeish will name his pool for the opening Euro 2020 qualification double header against Kazakhstan on Thursday week and San Marino the following Sunday at Hampden today.
And Burke, who has done well for the Parkhead club domestically and in Europe in recent weeks, and uncapped Palmer, who qualifies to play for this country through a grandmother who hails from Carluke, will be part of it.
