Five stars of sparkle
It takes a lot to please when when it comes to eye shadow.
I usually can't see past Urban Decay's Naked palettes and I also love the Two Faced chocolate bar.
I was, however, recently given Bobbi Brown's new capri eye shadow palette to put to the test.
First of all, I love its compact size as with a bustling make-up drawer - I don't need anything too big to add to the mix. The compact size also means it is easy to take with you on your travels.
This nine eye shadow palette offers a mixture of rich colours from natural cream to a strong navy.
These tones suit my skin colour and allowed me to experiment with my eye make-up.
Champagne Quartz and Caviar are my clear favourites in the palette. As stand-alones they made my eyes pop and I have been including them in my everyday make-up.
I have to also say that the colours chosen for this palette are a clear winner in my eyes - excuse the pun. They are suited to fans of the nude make-up look and you have the options available if you wanted to create a smokey eye.
Bobbi Brown make-up always lasts throughout the day and the coverage on this eyeshadow did not disappoint.
It is the perfect new addition to any make-up bag.
The Capri eye shadow palette costs £49.50 and is available now.
