Singing superstar Adele visited a popular Glasgow shopping centre during her two sold-out shows at the SSE Hydro at the weekend - and it seems no one spotted her.
The Hello star went to the Glasgow Fort for a shopping trip and popped into a number of retailers including H&M and Asda Living.
She revealed her out-of-town shopping experience to fans at her show in Glasgow on Saturday and said the secret to her not being spotted is dressing a bit "like a tramp".
The 27-year-old bought a present for her son Angelo, 3, from Smyths toy shop according to the Daily Record.
Michael Norris, who is store boss at Smyths, said: "I heard she was in. We had a big store party with sales and Easter egg hunts so she managed to slip in without anyone seeing.”
The singer, who played the city's SSE Hydro on Friday and Saturday, visited popular footwear retailer office to buy trainers.
The assistant manager of the store, Jessica Smith, said: “She was in on Saturday evening.
“She bought two pairs of trainers, New Balance for herself and kids Black Superstars for her little boy.
“She was very down to earth. She was nice and friendly.”
One of the staff added: “We didn’t recognise her at first until the person who served her came back and said, ‘Am I really serving Adele?”
A chain fell from the production rigging on to a woman in the audience on Friday night. She was taken to hospital "as a precaution," a spokesman for the venue said.
