One of the reasons why Ed Sheeran is one of the biggest and most successful artists around is because of his heartfelt tunes that hit you in places you didn’t think possible.
So it’s no surprise he had such a profound effect on one couple at his Hydro gig - that the lovebirds ended up getting engaged mid-concert.
The emotional moment was caught on camera by Glasgow girl Colleen Gillen who posted the image onto social media.
Clearly a lucky charm for loved-up couples, Colleen wrote: “I’ve seen Ed Sheeran in London and Glasgow and witnessed two proposals.”

Ed had a blast in Scotland’s biggest (and best) city during a two-night sellout Hydro stint on Sunday and Monday evenings.
The Shape of You hitmaker featured in a very funny video with unique X Factor duo Jedward which showed the cheeky trio have some fun backstage at the Hydro.
