TIM Hortons is getting set to open a third coffee shop in Scotland.
The Canadian coffee chain revealed plans to open its second store at Silverburn shopping centre this week.
However, the international brand has secured a deal to open up shop at a retail park on the edge of Ayr.
This comes just one month after the chain experienced a successful opening on Argyle Street in Glasgow.
The coffee shop sold out of goods on its opening weekend as thousands flocked to try the food and coffee.
Speaking to the Sunday Mail, property consultants Beacon Brooke said: "Acting on behalf of the Landlord, Beacon Brooke are delighted to have secured Tim Hortons as a new tenant for the pod unit at Highfield Drive, Ayr.
"Hortons, having made their UK debut in Glasgow this month will complement existing occupiers Frankie and Bennys and Travelodge.
"Beacon Brooke are appointed Managing Agents on the wider scheme."
