A CLYDEBANK monument has been lit up in honour of murder victim Paige Doherty.

On the second anniversary of her tragic death, West Dunbartonshire Council paid tribute to the Whitecrook schoolgirl and every other victim of violence by lighting up the Titan Crane red, her favourite colour.

Yesterday marked two years since the 15-year-old was murdered in the Delicious Deli.

Just days after her murder the council lit the crane pink in a show of solidarity with the town who were grieving the loss of the beloved teen.

And to mark the first anniversary of her death last year, the crane glowed red to remember Paige.
