A FLAT rammy has landed women and children in hospital in the Castlemilk area of Glasgow.
The fight kicked off in the early hours of the morning at around 4.40am today.
Cops rushed to the scene after they received a report of a disturbance at a flat in Raithburn Road.
Two women and eight children were taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, and their injuries are unknown.
The Scottish Ambulance Service dispatched six ambulances, a special operations response team and a manager to the scene.
It is understood the children were taken to hospital as a precaution.
This morning police cordoned off most of the street as the began their investigations into the fight.
Forensic officers could be seen entering a property on the street in a bid to gather clues over what happened.
The force said enquiries were at an early stage.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: "Around 4.40am this morning, police were called to a report of a disturbance at a flat in Raithburn Road, Castlemilk.
"Emergency services attended and a number of people (two women and eight children) have been taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
"Enquiries are at a very early stage. Police remain in the area continuing enquiries."
