ONE man has been injured in an incident involving two cars which has put a busy Springburn road on lockdown.
The Evening Times reported previously how an ongoing police incident saw Atlas Road shut off from Springburn Road to Springburn Way late last night.
The incident is still ongoing and the road will remain closed until further notice.

The Scottish Ambulance Service said: “One of our paramedic response vehicles came across a road traffic collision on Atlas Road at around 10pm on Tuesday.
“The vehicle was empty so the incident was handed across to Police Scotland.”
A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: “We received a report of an incident involving two cars on Atlas Road at around 10.50pm on Tuesday night. One man has been injured.
“Enquiries are in their early stages.
“Police remain at the scene.
“The route between Palermo Street and Springburn Road has been closed off.”

Drivers were being asked to follow police direction, but are now being told to use an alternate route.
Images posted on social media suggested the cause of the closure was due to a major car accident.
Glasgow Kelvin College told its staff and students in a statement: “Police have advised the college that the cordon around Springburn campus is likely to be in place until at least lunchtime.
“There is no vehicle access to Springburn campus or Flemington Street.
“The college is open but travelling by public transport may be easier for you.”

First Glasgow told its bus passengers: “Please note Atlas Road is currently closed due to an ongoing police incident.
“Services 87 and 88/A/C are diverting via Springburn Expressway and Hawthorn Street in both directions until further notice.”
Springburn Academy also said: “Atlas Road is closed between Springburn Road and Springburn Way. Diversion is in place due to ongoing police incident.”
