WES FODERINGHAM: Virtual spectator in the first half, and no chance with Mikkelsen’s goal. Handling sound enough when required. 6

JAMES TAVERNIER: Provided great assist for Morelos opener and was playing more as a winger than a full-back in the opening period. Put under more pressure after the break, but a good contribution. 7

FABIO CARDOSO: Untroubled in the first half, but posted missing at County goal and made some strange decisions at times. 5

BRUNO ALVES: Dominant in the air for the most part, but will be disappointed to have allowed Mikkelsen so much space to score. 6

LEE WALLACE: Got forward to great effect as Rangers poured towards the County area in the first hour, and showed great energy levels to pop up in the County area in the last minute to tee up Herrera for the clincher. 7

DANIEL CANDEIAS: Inviting pass to Tavernier led to the opening goal and had some good moments down the right as he tried to use his pace to good effect. Drifted out of the game later on though. 6

GRAHAM DORRANS: Tried to provide drive from the middle of the park and made some good runs into the area which weren’t rewarded with the right pass. Dug in after the break and was always positive in possession. 7

RYAN JACK: Neat and tidy enough in possession and linked well with Dorrans. Got involved in a tasty scrap in the second half as County made the game more physical, and stood up to the challenge. 6

NIKO KRANJCAR: Deployed on the left flank, but drifted inside and used the ball cleverly in the first half. Ran out of steam and was replaced by Pena with 25 minutes left. 6

KENNY MILLER: Dropped deep again in an attempt to get involved, but picked the wrong pass on occasion and squandered a couple of good opportunities to play teammates in on the break. Replaced just after the hour. 5

ALFREDO MORELOS: Constant threat and produced a fine headed finish to break the deadlock, and his work-rate was rewarded as he took advantage of a shocker from Fox to double his own and Rangers’ tally. 9

SUBSTITUTES

EDUARDO HERRERA: Got half an hour, and while he had offered little for most of that time, he popped up with a composed finish when it mattered most to seal the points. 6

CARLOS PENA: Missed a good opportunity to settle Rangers nerves when played in by Morelos, and still looks a good bit short of match fitness. 3

JORDAN ROSSITER: On for Morelos with 10 minutes remaining to shore things up and got a few good tackles in. 4
