There is currently conjestion on the M8 which is slow and busy eastbound between Paisley junction 27 and Craighall junction 16.
Westbound is also slow with a carriageway merge onto the M77. Traffic is busy between junctions 17 and 22.

A yellow weather warning for cold weather is set to come into place across much of Scotland, including Glasgow, bringing with it plummeting temperatures.
