THOUSANDS are expected to flock to an annual caravan and motorhome show.

The annual Scottish Caravan, Motorhome & Holiday Home Show is expected to bring more than 27,000 visitors to the SEC from today until Sunday.

The event, which is now in its 34th year, will showcase more than 200 of the UK’s leading caravan, motorhome, holiday home and camping suppliers, including BC Motorhomes, Willerby, AMG Group and Caledonian Campers who will be showcasing the latest trends in travel.

Guests can make a day out of their visit with the camping village, accessory superstore and farmer’s market returning for another year.

There will also be show-only offers and discounts available.

Jamie Taylor, group show director, said: “We’re expecting a 15 per cent rise in visitors this year as demand for caravan, motorhome and camping breaks continues to rise.

"With some of the UK’s top dealers and manufacturers, the show is the perfect destination for those thinking about trying a caravan break for the first time or for those seasoned travellers who are looking for the latest model.
