A MAN has died following a late night disturbance in Thornliebank.
Police swooped on Roukenburn Street around 10.30pm yesterday.
The 33-year-old had been seriously injured but was pronounced dead at the scene.

His death is being treated as suspicious.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "Officers were called to a report of a 33-year-old man seriously injured following a disturbance in Roukenburn Street. Emergency services attended and the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
"A post mortem examination will take place to establish the exact cause of death, which officers are treating as suspicious at this time.

"Enquiries are at an early stage to establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
