A MAN is behind bars after being caught with a nineteenth-century gun.
David Kilcullen was snared after a raid at his flat in Glasgow's Dalmarnock in April this year.
Officers forced entry before a police dog sniffed out the weapon, which was hidden wrapped in a towel.

The 32-year-old then stated: “I am gutted.”
Prosecutor Allan Nicol said the gun was an American five-shot revolver from the late 1800s.
He added the weapon could have been considered as an “antique” collector's item, but this was not the case here.

Kilcullen faces a minimum five-year jail term.
Lord Mulholland remanded Kilcullen in custody pending sentencing in August.
