A man has been rushed to hospital after a late-night assault in the city centre.
Police were called to Argyle Street at around 10.40pm to reports of a man assaulted near to the street's KFC.
They found a 39-year-old man with facial injuries, who was then rushed to Glasgow Royal Infirmary.
His condition is not yet known.

Eyewitnesses reported the victim was unresponsive for some time.
A police spokeswoman told The Evening Times: "Police were called at around 10.40pm to reports of a man assaulted near to KFC on Argyle Street.
"A 39-year-old man was taken by ambulance to Glasgow royal infirmary with facial injuries."
