Rangers star Alfredo Morelos has knocked back a big-money move to China, according to Sky Sports.

The Colombian was subject of serious interest from Hebei Fortune who were ready to offer him '£30m' to move.

But Sky Sports are reporting that the attacker refused the chance to move to the Super League.

Morelos, 23, bagged 30 goals in all competitions last season.

We told previously how manager Steven Gerrard urged El Buffalo to tell him and the club if he was happy to stay in Glasgow.

The likes of AC Milan and Crystal Palace have both been credited with interest in the hitman in recent times.

However, Rangers manager Steven Gerrard rubbished claims that Morelos turned down a move to China - and insisted the club have not recieved any bids for the Colombian.

Gerrard said: “Im unaware of it. There have been no bids. It is as you were from the last time.”
