Road traffic collision on the M8 and M77 have seen lane closures and heavy traffic.
This comes as commuters are coming to and from the city for work and Celtic's match against St Mirren.
Drivers are being adviseed to avoid the M8 westbound around Junction 2, Newbridge.
Traffic is currently qeued back to Junction 16 Craighill as crews assist recovery and clean up an oil spill.
The multivehicle collission is blocking one lane with very slow traffic.
Emergency services are currently on the scene.

Meanwhile on the M77 another traffic collision involving multiple cars at Junction 1 Dumbreck is qeued back all the way to Kinning Park.
Traffic Scotland are telling drivers to be aware if they're heading to the Kilmarnock match.
